Salem Communications Corporation is the leading provider of Christian and family-friendly radio content. Our core business is the ownership and operation of radio stations in large metro-politan markets.

Exceptional, Seasoned Executive Assistant to support CFO with a very busy schedule. In this fast paced role you will arrange travel, handle phones calls, maintain a busy calendar, coordinate meetings, conference calls and perform other administrative duties in a professional manner. Able to manage a variety of time-sensitive projects and use sound judgment. Must possess the highest ethical standards and be able to maintain complete confidentiality.

Minimum 8+ years experience supporting a high level executive with 2+ years financial experience. Prior experience as Executive Assistant to a CFO, a plus. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Outlook are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.

Salary $18 up DOE. Medical, Dental, Life, 401K
