Job Description:

* Growing, non-denominational church seeks enthusiastic, very detail oriented, highly organized person with strong administrative skills to join our team.

* This position supports both the Senior Pastor and the Executive Pastor and requires a person who is self-motivated, able to multi-task effectively, and who possess strong problem solving skills.

* Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, organizing travel arrangements, facilitating special events, coordinating all-church communications, creating Excel and PowerPoint presentations, trouble-shooting, phone administration, as well as various other administrative tasks.

* Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, possess excellent personable skills, and be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.

* A minimum of 3 years executive administrative experience preferred.

* The position is part-time/20-25 hours per week.
