Our dedicated account managers work to determine sources of cost reduction and revenue realization for merchants. We have an opportunity for a full time Customer Service Representative.

This position will provide support to customers and the sales department by answering calls, submitting paperwork, troubleshooting problems with credit card processing hardware & software, training merchants, and maintaining records within company databases.

Areas of Accountability:
This position will require proficiency in data entry, monitor emails and phone skills.
Employee should demonstrate good verbal & written communication.
Employee will keep accurate records of all contacts and activities in the company database.
Employee will complete customer support activities quickly and accurately.
Employee will complete follow up activities on cases in a timely manner and ensure completion.
Employee will work collaboratively with senior management, the sales department and the support department.
Employee will submit paperwork related to new accounts, maintenance activities, and various internal requests correctly and in a timely manner.
Employee will assist with the chargeback program by obtaining reports, notifying merchants, submitting paperwork and tracking cases to their completion and according to correct procedure.
Employee will assist with creating new or revised email blast templates on Swift Page using Microsoft Expressions.
Employee will assist with creating PowerPoint presentations for various attendances at trade shows around the country.
Employee will assist with downloading hardware and training merchants on its proper usage.
Employee will assist with training merchants on proper usage of gateway software.
