Are you a customer-focused individual that enjoys helping others with technology? Then consider joining our Corporate Sales product support team.

As a Product Support Specialist Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a remarkable customer experience with Group’s digital, web-based, and other electronic products that require technology support. Additionally, the position is responsible for providing customer input into the design and development process of new or revised Group products and services along with leading the team of Product Support Specialists.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a detail-oriented, customer-centric team player with minimum of 3+ years experience in supporting customers via phone and online and 3+ years of supervisory experience.

This person should also be excellent trouble-shooting and problem solving as it relates to working cross-departmentally with a variety of products. A college degree is preferred, but will consider equivalent experience in a related field.
