Computer and internet savvy, QuickBooks proficient, bookkeeping experience, experience with sales tax reports, Excel, Word, solid general clerical skills. Will be working in an industry that would be much easier to understand if you have a mechanical aptitude.
NOTE: Due to the location of the restroom in the building, must be physically able to climb stairs.Beginning duties while in training will consist of:
Transportation Coordinator (working with manufacturing plant, trucking company and sales managers); warranty tracking, mailing manuals, customer correspondence, ensuring that checks arrive on time to complete delivery, data entry into computerized documents; general office duties. As initial training has been completed, additional duties will be mail sorting, invoice data entry into Quickbooks, letters to customers, invoicing, post office runs, and bank deposits. As time passes and our Colorado bookkeeper retires, the duties will become that of a full-time, Bookkeeper and Office Manager. Experience with sales tax reports a plus.
* Position will be filled toward end of September.
