Job Description:
Carrollton based company seeks an energetic and dependable person to join the customer service team in a small multi-task office. The customer service representative will act as a liaison between Water Event and the customer base via the telephone. They must have the ability to handle customer calls and problems via the telephone, process customer orders, set up new accounts, price products, perform account maintenance and complete other related projects as assigned. The C/S representative must be able to multi-task, have exceptional phone skills/etiquette, be computer literate and communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
College - some preferred
1-3 years customer service experience (not call center related)
Computer: Word, Excel, e-mail program
Must possess excellent written, verbal and electronic (telephone and mail) communication skills
Superior interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and fellow employees
Commitment to problem solving and resolution
Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
Must work well under pressure
Enjoyment of direct interaction with customers and employees is a must


Full time
Some overtime may be required
Mandatory pre-employment drug testing
