Schedule: Mon. to Fri. - Typical work schedule. There is a little more flexibility for group sales people.

Daily Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 pm

Hours/week: 40-50

Pay range: Full commission. Potential for six-figure salary.

Job Location: DFW Area (Located on 75 north of Meadow)

Our goal is to help ministries and churches with logistical aspects of trip planning, save them time and money in the process, and allow them to spend more time making Christ more famous. We have three main divisions; 1) High Point Ski Tours, 2) 963 Missions and 3) High Point is a small company with a great family atmosphere. We are looking for someone who will not only fill a functional job description, but also become a key member of our team.

Looking for highly motivated, high integrity individual with 2-3 years of past sales experience. Must have a heart to serve the church. Prior knowledge/relationships in missions or ski industry a plus. Existing ministry relationships a plus. Must be able to work with in a team. Needs to have some level of computer literacy.

Good Communication Skills, Good Organizational Skills, Computer Experience, Detail Oriented, Provide Own Transportation, Previous Related Experience, Will Train.

This job is to work sales leads with the goal of helping ministries and churches with missions airfare, ski trips, ground transportation, and fundraising. Your job will be to pursue and build relationships with those ministers who need help in those areas. You will put together ski packages, missions airfare, and coordinate their ground transportation. Group sales reps will travel from time to time, probably 2-3 weeks per year.
