Alpha Omega Publications is currently looking to fill the position of Director of Homeschool Sales & Customer Service

The Director of Homeschool Sales and Customer Service, will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales & customer service activities in both markets. The position will oversee the Staff and direct the Sales Team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth, in line with company vision and values. In addition to establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training, motivational and educational programs for customer service and outbound sales representatives.


*Development and implementation of an annual sales/marketing plan
*Management of staff.
*Work closely with all key areas of the corporate team including Operations, Product Development, Software Development, *Tech Support and other groups
*Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
*Conducts one-on-one review with all Reps. Build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Reps sales and activity performance.
*Insures that all Reps. meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
*Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Reps. to build motivation and selling skills.
*Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
*Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills


*Proven successful performance managing and building sales teams
*Ability to mentor, train and coach sales teams
*Hunter mentality
*Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
*Excellent time management and organizational skills
*Bachelors degree required
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. Strong experience managing others
*Experience with CRM enterprise software solutions
