As a Thrivent Financial Associate, you will:
• Provide a newly, expanded products portfolio and services, including life and health insurance, annuities, investment products* and specialized financial analysis.
• Manage your own schedule.

• Obtain and maintain 1) State insurance licenses (all lines: life/health, variable annuity, variable universal life), 2) NASD Series 7 and 66; or Series 7, 65 and 63, and 3) other state-specific licenses, as needed.
• Eligible to become an adult Lutheran member of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. An adult Lutheran member is an individual who professes to be Lutheran and is a current or former member of a Lutheran congregation.
• Become a Thrivent Financial insurance or annuity product owner within 90 days of date of contract.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No additional employment.
