Company: Salem Communications Corporation is a leading broadcaster of religious programming and informative talk. The company owns and operates commercial radio stations in major markets throughout the Unites States. Salem is an Equal Opportunity employer.

Position Summary: Performs duties related to general office procedures including: telephone communications, typing correspondence, filing, mail (in-going and out-going), Ordering office and kitchen supplies, coordinating special events, luncheons and mailing out listener prizes.

Reports to: Business Manager

Salary: DOE FLSA: Full-Time/Hourly/Non-exempt

*6 days paid sick leave after 90 days *Medical, Dental and vision discount *10 days paid vacation after 1 year of service (Vacation is based on accrual)

Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (with 1 hour lunch)

Requirement of Position:
Minimum (2) years of general office and receptionist experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
Bi-Lingual (preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation and people skills.
Must be able to provide I-9 verification documents for eligibility to work in the USA.

Personality Traits: Flexible, organized, team-minded individual with good organizational skills. Able to work with little supervision. Good interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
