Quality Assurance Coordinator (full-time, non-exempt)

We have an immediate need for a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee foster care program contract compliance, facilitate the initial accreditation process, and monitor ongoing compliance, performance, and quality in the organization.

A bachelors’ degree in human services or related field preferred. At least 3 years’ experience in related field may be a substitute for degree, provided you have a high school diploma or GED. This position provides the support necessary to achieve performance excellence and long-term stability for all the programs Christian Heritage provides as well as assists in the development and implementation of policies, evidence-based practices, training formats, evaluation methods, and reporting on performance and quality of services. Must be flexible in completing one project and moving on to another one. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Computer skills required. Database experience preferred. Some travel may be required. Must have the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must be spiritually mature, having demonstrated commitment to stable spiritual practices and ongoing personal development.
