Job Description:
This job requires knowledge/experience in quality assurance functions; the position of Assistant Quality Assurance Manager is to oversee/supervise quality inspectors and makes decisions involving inspections. The person working this position must have some knowledge in reading and following Government documents and must be able to work with personnel from all areas in the company and outside personnel such as customers, suppliers, and government agencies. He/she will also need to interact with both customers and company personnel with tact and diplomacy. Some situations regarding interaction with persons inside and outside the company will result in this person needing to be persistent and resilient, but in a professional manner. Person must also be highly motivated and have a meticulous and organized mindset in order to occupy this position.
