Small office seeking dependable, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) person to join the customer service team in a multi-task office. This person must have the ability to handle multiple phone lines, resolve service issues via the telephone and convey exceptional phone skills/etiquette at all times. Person must have the ability to answer incoming calls, process phone orders, relay accurate product information as well as manage an assigned list of daily, weekly and monthly tasks. We are seeking an individual with excellent time management skills who is highly organized and detailed oriented.
If you do not enjoy answering a multi-line phone system, this job is not for you.
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years customer service experience (not call center related)
Computer: Word, Excel, e-mail program
Must possess excellent written, verbal and electronic (telephone and mail) communication skills
Superior interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and fellow employees
Commitment to problem solving and resolution
Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
Must work well under pressure
Enjoyment of direct interaction with customers and employees is a must
Some weekday overtime and Saturdays may be required
Mandatory pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check
