This position is responsible for design, development, delivery, and evaluation of Compassion’s Global Management Development Programs. The successful candidate will work across and impact multiple locations to include the global, multi-cultural environments. This person will be responsible for empowering supervisors, managers and cross-functional trainers to build organizational capacity. This position will oversee and provide leadership for the CI Intern Program.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.
Acts as an advocate for children – raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture, and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those within one’s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children.
Must be skilled in delivery of soft skill courses to supervisors and managers.
Must have experience in Succession Planning, Talent Management System, Competency Program Knowledge
Must be familiar with evaluation tools, systems and have experience in Curriculum and program development
Works with Global Staff Development Director and Leadership Development Manager
Fully competent in LMS for design, delivery and development Works within and has knowledge of Staff Development Framework, Joint Ventures with Vendors, and Internal Partnerships, Tracking System (TMS, PMP, IDP).
Oversee and provide leadership for the Compassion Intern Program
Requirements FUNCTIONAL JOB COMPETENCIES
Spiritual and emotional maturity required
Prior experience and understanding of talent development concepts, adult learning principles and practices
Knowledge in succession planning and emotional intelligence methodologies
Proven experience in providing and coordinating management development workshops and training events with an understanding of generational differences and application to teaching
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to use a blended learning approach
Ability to influence all levels of organizational leadership with professionalism
Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Bachelors degree in Organizational Development & Design (Curriculum Development) Master's degree preferred
Experience in cross-cultural training
Other Required Skills: Preferred experience working both in ministry and internationally with cultural awareness.
