Responsible for developing and maintaining internal Business Intelligence systems, related reporting, and data quality monitoring for the International Program Group. A strong emphasis will be placed upon ensuring that management reporting is timely, relevant, accurate and accessible, as well ensuring that global IPG Business Intelligence needs are evaluated and prioritized.

Duties and Responsibilities

Working within one's influence, serves as an advocate for children around the world who live in poverty and are not able to speak out for themselves. This includes being informed about the issues of children and influencing others to care about children who are in need.
Develops and manages Business Intelligence processes and systems that provide critical program and operations intelligence to IPG decision-makers by way of end-user reports, tools, analytics.
Develops and oversees management information reporting systems including design, documentation, implementation, and performance monitoring and analysis.
Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting requirements.
Manages Balanced Scorecard/Performance Management reporting & processes as well as provides recommendations on measures and targets.
Develops and maintains a contextualized IPG data quality assurance framework in line with the corporate framework.
Develops systems, and processes that ensure the integrity of the data and information flowing through IPG reporting and communication systems.
Develops and maintains IPG Datawiki.
Designs and implements quality tracking and monitoring systems.
Manages quality thresholds and seeks to improve data quality performance.
Supports IPG functions by proactively tracking, analyzing, Business Intelligence needs and recommends soluntions.
Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Evangelical Christian with a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and above reproach.
Strong interpersonal skills reflected in a collaborative and respectful approach towards others.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Three plus years experience in Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance,or related field.
Experience in Quality Assurance (preferred).
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Database, Data Modeling, and/or Data Management experience.
Ability to participate effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrates creativity in design and presentation.
Time management skills necessary to work on multiple projects and tasks, meeting regular and on-demand deadlines with very little supervision needed.
