We have been a successful, family marketing business for over 40 years and are currently seeking a goal-driven General Manager to lead our new Membership Services division. The GM of Membership Services will own all aspects of the development, launch, and management of this new division, along with driving a go-to-market product release.   • Create and execute on Product Marketing Plan detailing go-to-market strategy supporting the launch of subscription revenue model
  • Lead and manage a team of Marketing Consultants, Internet Specialists, Event Managers, and Business Development Managers, including weekly pipeline reviews, development discussions, and executive sponsorship on select accounts
  • Develop and execute ongoing sales marketing campaigns resulting in the achievement of Membership Services division goals
  • Manage and forecast monthly memberships, ensuring all customers adhere to our payment terms of service
  • Create and foster a positive work environment, focusing on our Judeo-Christian values of service to God, our families, customers, and each other
  • Participate in pricing solutions for membership and other marketing package purchases
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching the industry, related events, publications, and announcements to present to Executive Leadership for new products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Demonstrated experience with development and release of loyalty or membership programs

·       3-5 years proven track record in Marketing Account Development, Fundraising, Account Management or similar Sales roles

·       Experience buying or selling promotional products is a plus but not required

·       3-5 years of managing Sales and/or Marketing teams with ability to provide 2-3 references

·       Positive attitude and desire to work independently

·       Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priority setting and the ability to balance competing priorities
