GENERAL SUMMARY: The Marketing Coordinator will manage a continuous flow of project requests from the ministries and resource departments within the CRISTA organization, and serve as the face for the agency-style service provided by the Marketing team. For all inbound project requests, the Marketing Coordinator identifies what resources will need to be utilized and plays a crucial role in ensuring each project is completed at a level of excellence while working within client timeline and budget realities.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (Responsibilities, Accountabilities, and Competencies; May not include all duties of this job)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Receive, process and track inbound project requests from CRISTA ministries and the resource departments as the first point of contact for our clients. Project processing includes identifying who will need to be part of execution, creating a timeline that works for the client and our department, setting creative planning meetings when necessary, working within client budget parameters, and managing the production schedule for both the client and Marketing department through project completion.

OPERATIONAL PLANNING

Help develop annual operational plans for our clients and manage these joint sales support and fundraising tactical plans on a recurring basis, including campaign tracking and contingency planning based on year-to-date metrics.

 

MARKETING SUPPORT

Assist with content development, social media engagement, photography and support various functions within the Marketing team to ensure the ministries of CRISTA achieve their respective goals.

EVENT & FILM PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Provide support as needed for major events and film production projects led by the Marketing team.

DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT

Oversee and track year-to-date Marketing team budget, purchase orders, invoices, vendor and freelance support communication, hours etc. Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers and customers Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Position will manage on a day-to-day basis any department interns that are hired on a seasonal basis.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience)


Christian Commitment: Must read and agree with the CRISTA Ministries Doctrinal Statement and must be actively pursuing a Christ-centered lifestyle

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in project management and/or skills related to this particular position
