The timing of this long-term contract position couldn’t be better to help earn some extra cash for the holiday season! This full-time position is paying an experienced receptionist professional.

 

As the Administrative Assistant you will be the first impression of the office! Strong customer service skills are going to prove to be important. You will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative functions in support of different areas of the company.

 

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

  • Maintaining lobby and reception area, including greeting visitors
  • Answering and referring phone inquiries
  • Managing various schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Making meeting, and event arrangements
  • General administrative duties
  • Filing, faxing, and data entry
  • Stocking and maintaining general office and kitchen supplies
  • Distributing incoming mail and faxes along with managing outgoing mail, postage, and post office boxes for the office

Requirements for Success as the Administrative Assistant

  • 3 years of related administrative or clerical work experience
  • Strong data entry, word and excel skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and strong time management skills
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Reliable, friendly, trustworthy, and professional team player
