Job Description:

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Donor Services Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the Director of Donor Services and manage Donor Services for Crista Corporate, King’s, Senior Living, Camps, and Media. Provide exceptional customer service to CRISTA staff, ministry leaders, donors and the public.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities, Accountabilities, and Competencies; May not include all duties of this job

  • Office Duties
  • Respond and answer phones and emails for Crista Donors: Senior Living, King’s schools, Camps, and Media.
  • Submit check requests and adjustments to accounting.
  • Process and code gifts, print donation receipts, assist with donor appeal letters and update donor records.  Provide event management support as appropriate.
  • Provide administrative support to Director of Donor Services.
  • Answer general donor questions, update donor records and provide excellent customer service to all incoming calls/emails/visits.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers and customers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Christian Commitment:  A deep and abiding faith that is fully surrendered to the will of Jesus Christ, evidenced by a lifestyle that is consistent with biblical principles.  Demonstrated commitment to spiritual growth and development that is exemplified in word and deed.  Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Software and Equipment Used: Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Other Considerations: 
  • Highly organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written; keen judgment skills; high degree of professionalism.
  • A warm and engaging customer first attitude and demeanor.
  • Possess an articulate passion for CRISTA Ministries.
  • Able to manage multiple and changing priorities, while remaining goal oriented.
  • Able to keep and manage records in an orderly manner.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience

Experience: Five years of administrative and customer service experience.

Software and Equipment Used: Proficient in Raisers Edge database.
