  1. Synopsis or Role

Multi-task position involving full knowledge of all administrative and clerical procedures of Restoration Family Church. The position requires active participation of scheduling events, building relationships with vendor and partner companies, management of payroll for Restoration Family Church and Sonshine Preschool , priority assessment, task coordination and office management. This position supports the Lead Pastor and Pastoral Staff of Restoration Family Church 

 

  1. Principal Responsibilities 
  • Administratively support the Pastoral Staff 

 

  • Provide Administrative support to the Ministry Coordinators and Volunteers of Restoration Family Church when applicable. 

 

  • Answer and facilitate phone calls/emails within 24 business hours but

    not to exceed 48 hours. 

 

  • Type correspondence and memos as needed

 

  • Order necessary supplies for Church Offices 

 

  • Manage church budget

 

  • Create and manage Pastoral Calendars and Appointments 

 

  • Prepare and submit receipts and forms for expense reimbursement 

 

  • Manage benevolence request and disbursements as needed

 

  • Maintain accurate records of monthly budget reports for board meetings

   as well as prepare documents and presentation for board meetings

 

  • Provide necessary administrative support for special projects and events as directed
