Position summary:

Creative problem-solver that works with a variety of people and departments to design, implement, and maintain information services and solutions.  Meets with clients to analyze needs and produce innovative solutions.  Researches third-party products, evaluates costs, re-engineers business processes, designs in-house application systems, develops systems and subsystems, and produces quality documentation.

Position responsibilities: 

  • Self-starter willing to take the initiative to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Consults with clients to identify operating procedures, clarify program objectives, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Works with project teams to develop information systems that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develops source code to design and produce user interfaces, business logic, and data utilities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and experience: 

  • Proven ability working with dynamic database applications within an enterprise environment, including queries and reporting, data manipulation, and database management.
  • Two or more years related experience facilitating business process re-engineering in an organizational setting.
  • Familiarity with programming logic and syntax preferred.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree.
