GENERAL SUMMARY: The Digital Fundraising Coordinator is a talented digital professional who designs and implements online communication campaigns that change the world. Their work creates new partners and greater engagement with World Concern (WC), Christian Veterinary Mission (CVM) as well as other ministries within CRISTA. The coordinator uses digital marketing expertise to inspire donors to give. They use Google and Facebook analytics to optimize digital campaigns. The coordinator works in Donor Engagement, which includes a growing and innovative digital and editorial team, initiating unique digital-only campaigns and support multichannel campaigns.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience

  • Christian Commitment:  A deep and abiding faith that is fully surrendered to the will of Jesus Christ, evidenced by a lifestyle that is consistent with biblical principles in word and deed.  Commitment to spiritual growth and development.  Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or another similar field from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent. Related experience may be substituted on a year-by-year equivalence.
  • Experience: One year of digital marketing, digital fundraising and/or related experience.  Familiar with A/B testing principles and implementation.  Able to manipulate and analyze large data sets, with reporting skills to visualize and accurately report on findings.
  • Software and Equipment Used: 
  • Standard MS Office software suite, including advanced excel skills, as well as experience with paid social media advertising platforms and Google AdWords.
