About the company:

Financial Planning Ministry is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to providing our members with a path to sound biblical stewardship, through estate planning.  We have helped over 22,000 members create legacies since 1982. 

 

About the position:

We are seeking a full-time Document Processor to provide support to our team. Document Processors enter information into a customized database and interact with our members by phone/email to answer general questions or obtain missing information. Accuracy and professionalism are critical so the candidate must have an aptitude for data entry and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with the team and people we serve. If you truly enjoy document processing and helping people, this may be the opportunity for you.

 

Other qualifications:

  • Will have 2-3 years of experience in a professional setting with similar duties
  • Be familiar/comfortable with legal and financial terminology (preferred but not required)
  • Have intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
  • Type at least 50 WPM with 98% accuracy
