Job Description:

Looking for a dedicated, mature Christian with excellent customer service skills. Passion for working with customers and suppliers. Thrives in a fast moving, high growth environment.  Key responsibilities include order processing and returns management. 

 

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

 

Orders

  1. Processing orders
  2. Orders are shipped from manufacturers, distributors or 3 warehouses.
  3. Update tracking once the order is shipped

 

Returns

1. Manage returns process

2. Submit returns request to the manufacturer or distributor

3.  Ensure credit is processed or replacement is shipped once return is sent back

 

 

Incoming Calls

  1. Product Questions
  2. Order inquiries 

 

Incoming Emails 

 

  1. Product Questions
  2. Order inquiries
