The HR/ Department Admin Assistant has primary responsibility to assist the HR/ Director by maintaining a welcoming office environment, field calls, and assisting with day-to-day operations such as department organization and record keeping. The
Assistant supports the HR/ Director and other team members by carefully executing all administrative duties which support the human resource services, practices, and objectives of CRM.
The ideal candidate should be a responsible worker with good organization skills, a high attention to detail, and able to comfortably and effectively interact with people in a variety of contexts both in verbal and written form. This individual
should be adept at using a computer, conducting research on the internet, and data entry. Qualification requirements include a minimum AA degree or a combination of college credits and on the job experience, preferably in human resources.
This individual must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly. This individual may be asked to run errands locally. Church Resource Ministries is a global ministry; therefore, international trips or domestic travel requiring overnight stays
may be requested.
