-General office duties: Reception, typing correspondence, filing, mail (in-going and out-going), ordering office and kitchen supplies. -Assists the Traffic department with national barter entry. -Assists the sales team with proposals/presentations, one sheets for media kits, writing up contracts, sending out “new client letters” and translating for Spanish speaking clients. -Assist Business Manager with data entry, deposits, prize giveaways. Organize staff or client meetings and luncheons -Assist with Promotions/Marketing: Design or create new forms, flyers, info sheets and web design ads. Build and maintain active database of churches. Participate at events.

Full-Time/Hourly/Non-exempt  Full benefit package   Paid Parking (or paid public transportation) Compensation: DOE Monday -Friday   8:00am to 5:00pm (with 1 hour lunch)

 

Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) both written and verbal Minimum (2) years of general office and/or receptionist experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Internet. Excellent communication, presentation and people skills. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Experience with Photoshop &/or Indesign a plus. Must be able to operate a company vehicle and have valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and able to stand for a long period of time at events. Professional public appearance. Must be able to work events that may be in the evening or weekend Must be able to provide I-9 verification documents for eligibility to work in the USA.

Must be a team player, a positive attitude and a passion for our stations. Flexible, team-minded individual with good organizational skills. Comfortable with answering a medium volume of incoming calls. Good interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to adapt to a changing and challenging environment.
