Job Description:

Experienced New Business Sales Professional.  We are the leading commercial cleaning company in New Mexico seeking a professional business-to-business sales leader.  Great compensation with our growing organization. 


Specific requirements include:

  • Demonstrate capabilities such as leading a professional sales campaign where the objectives are defined and milestones of achievement are mutually agreed upon. 
  • Experience at mapping the political landscape within a company and calculating the probabilities of success. 
  • Worked in an environment where you were required to understand the sales cycle from the opportunities perspective, influence the sales cycle, and ultimately articulate why we are aligned and why we should invest company resources pursuing a specific opportunity. 
  • Great presentation skills, customer relationship skills and attention to details are paramount.  The job also requires you to work as part of a team so interdepartmental relationship skills are required.          
  • 5 years’ experience selling business to business with verifiable track record of success
  • Major account sales experience including ability to price complex projects, develop and present formal proposals
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Salesforce contact management software
  • Networking with existing customers and industry trade associations in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades
  • Ability and willingness to partner with a passionate operations team!
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability  
  • New Business Sales Representatives will be required to develop an annual business plan and provide weekly activity reports and monthly updates.
  • Monthly revenue forecast, sales pipeline dynamics, and opportunity progression within the pipeline is required.          



  • The position will have two elements constituting the On-Target-Earning (OTE) a base salary and an incentive.
  • While we have no earning cap, $80,000-100,000+ at sales target is realistic.  Includes full benefits
