Job Description:







Maintain safe, effective operation of buildings, grounds, roads, and vehicles.  Perform other assignments received from Director of Operations.


REPORTS TO:  Vice President of Operations



High School Education or equivalent work experience. Detail-oriented; carpentry and handyman skills; always alert for problems; good phone communicator; must be able to work alone as well as with others; able to operate computers.  Must be a committed Christian and who demonstrates personal relationship with Jesus Christ.



Make daily inspection of CTVN buildings, grounds, and road to ensure all areas are clean and in good order.

Receive maintenance requests from employees and prioritize the requests for completion.

Order items as required using the purchase order system.

Assure WPCB tower anchors are maintained..

Coordinate snow removal including weekends and holidays.

Maintain good relationships with local police, Fire Company and local Landowners

Maintain facility filing system, PO’s, check requests and petty cash requests

Work with Director of Operations on yearly budget which includes operational, remodeling and all maintenance costs.

Responsible for maintenance and operation of all HVAC equipment.

Oversee and coordinate cleaning service

Maintain and control inventory for housekeeping and maintenance items.

Maintain trash removal schedule of dumpsters.

Ensure vehicles are in good repair.

Schedule all state inspection, emission testing, and maintenance of vehicles.

Maintain records for safety, fire extinguisher inspection, A/C filters, emergency lighting and smoke alarms

Maintain key system for all doors of the ministry and vehicles, which includes maintaining a key roster and providing keys to employees.




The position of Facility Coordinator is a full time salary position. Will be scheduled to work evenings for Cornerstone Network‘s Family Time. Other projects and duties may be assigned as needed by Cornerstone Network leadership.
