About the Company:


Financial Planning Ministry is a unique non-profit partnership of ministries dedicated to providing our members with a path to sound biblical stewardship through their estate plans.  We have served over 20,000 members create legacies since 1982. 


About the Position:


We are seeking a full-time Document Specialist.  Document Specialists process complete sets of estate planning documents by entering our member’s personal data, wishes and instructions into our customized document processor/assembly software.   Accuracy and professionalism is critical so the candidate must have an aptitude for producing consistent, professional and error free documents.  If you enjoy word processing, writing, proofreading, and helping people, this may be the opportunity for you.


Other requirements:

  • Will have a least 2 years of experience in a professional setting with similar duties
  • Be familiar/comfortable with legal and financial terminology
  • Have intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
  • Type at least 50 WPM
