1. Christian Commitment:
Evidence of Christian faith.
Agreement and support of CRISTA’s Statement of Faith.
Demonstrate a living and mature Christ-centered life-style.
Ability to lead spiritual development in staff and beneficiaries.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.
Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
3+ years of experience in Talent or Human Resource Management
Knowledge and experience in staff development and training within a multi-cultural setting
Proven experience in talent acquisition
Software and Equipment Used: Broad experience in Microsoft Office programs, with an emphasis in Word and Excel
5. Other Considerations:
Must have a big picture perspective, be an analytical thinker, business savvy, and possess the ability to address issues and effect change through persuasion and diplomacy.
Demonstrated ability to teach and train others in a small group setting with the ability to communicate difficult concepts to a wide audience.
Able to travel internationally and domestically.
Excellent proofreading skills.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Proven ability to create policies and procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, coworkers, staff and customers.
