Sales Coordinator/Assistant
Sales Coordinators handle a wide array of duties to support our Account Executives.  Our Account Executives are among the best in our industry and as a result, the environment is fast-paced and competitive.   Our Account Executives are also known as “Marketing Managers” so the coordinators play a key role by creating one sheets, presentations and assisting with copy (spots/commercials/scheduling).


Skills & duties include:

  • Being organized and having excellent time-management
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Great follow-through and follow-up
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in creating professional and persuasive business proposals
  • Works well with others and can assist with presentations, as needed
  • Research clients and their industries
  • Enter proposals and orders into Wide Orbit
  • Experience in Wide Orbit, a plus!
  • Assist in the preparation of remotes/station events
