Job Description:

General responsibilities

  1. This position requires the overseeing of day-to-day administration and operations of the church and its ministries.  
  2. Work with the Pastoral Staff in planning and execution of procedures to accomplish effective and efficient goals of the ministry.
  3. Church finances:  Managing the church bookkeeping to ensure proper payment and budget accountability, payroll.   
  4. Manage and plan church, leadership, and staff calendars (fundraisers, fellowship events, membership, baptism, etc.).
  5. Oversee all the major events on the church calendar (retreats, holiday celebrations, baptisms, membership induction, etc.).
  6. Create, maintain, and monitor membership database (spiritual gifts, participation, needs, etc.).
  7. HR: manage the employee benefits and documents for all employees
  8. General office management



  1. Must have an authentic and abiding faith in Jesus Christ.
  2. Must have strong organizational and leadership skills.
  3. Must have leadership experience.
  4. Must be in full agreement with Living Way’s vision, values, doctrinal statement and distinctives.
  5. Must become a member of the church upon hiring.
  6. Must be a part of a small group.
