Job Description:

Group has an opening for a West Office Director, with a history of success with non-profit organizations, to provide services to Kids Hope USA.  Kids Hope USA (KHUSA) is a nationally recognized and nationally growing non-profit organization based in West Michigan that creates partnerships between churches and elementary schools to meet the emotional, social, and academic needs of at-risk children.  Their award-winning program provides churches with the support they need to train individuals from their congregations willing to give a little time and a lot of love in a one-on-one mentoring relationship with a child who needs a positive, encouraging role model.  We are seeking a positive, dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to serve as a key leader for KHUSA as they enter an unprecedented national expansion era.   This key role will be responsible for the development, growth and leadership of the KHSUA West Office in Colorado.  This role will drive the start- up phase of the relationship/scholarship initiative, act as organization-wide marketing leader for Kids Hope USA, serve as a point leader with key partner organizations, determine/coordinate research and pilot test activities, develop annual and project plans and budgets, and supervise the West office staff.   In addition, this person will have the opportunity to serve on the KHUSA leadership team.  The successful candidate will be high energy, self-driven, have strong leadership skills, have a passion for helping at-risk students, be a big picture strategic thinker, and possess strong analytic skills.  You must have 5+ years marketing experience, 3+ years product management or similar experience and 3+ supervisory experience. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/equivalent experience is a plus.
