Job Description:

This is a temporary position with the probability of becoming a regular full time position in 3-4 months.

CRISTA Ministries is seeking a  team oriented, service focused, faith flourishing individual to join its dynamic HR team serving over 1000 employees. This person will serve as the next Human Resource Assistant and will provide excellent service to new employees through the on-boarding process and background check process as well as manage the personnel records.  This position also administers the annual service awards program and Best Christian Workplace survey and serves as administrative support to other HR representatives.
