HR Administrator/Receptionist

 

Salem Media Group (NASDAQ:SALM), the leading U. S. radio broadcaster targeting audiences interested in conservative NewsTalk and Christian and family-themed programming, is looking for an HR Admin/Receptionist for our busy HR department.



Primary Responsibilities:

 

Process, audit, track, and maintain various employee documents

Process and audit monthly bills

Provide general office support

Answer all incoming calls to the main switchboard, process mail, meet and greet visitors

 

Desired Job Experience:

 

Must have min. 3 year administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

AA Degree or equivalent preferred
