Job Description:

Hope House Children's Home in interviewing for a girl's dorm supervisor. This position requires a heart of compassion/an incredible sense of humor and boundaries that are firm and fair. This position will be working with 27 girls ages 10-18. You will have eight staff from dorm assistants to direct care regular staff. The girls attend school at our accrediated school on campus/full sports program/recreation off campus and some camping. All girls are adoptee's who due trauma prior to their adoption have not been able to bound. They will grow up with us.

 

All staff live on campus but do not live with the youth. You will have a small apartment or small home-you will receive a monthly stipend/phone/food/health insurance.

 

This position is not a major paycheck-but the gift of love that you can share and the gift of ministry that you  have the opportunity  that you are able to share is such a blessing.
