Job Description:

Make a difference for the world’s poorest by using your Human Resources background at World Concern! Your assignment is at our headquarters in Seattle, but your impact will be felt worldwide. World Concern, part of CRISTA Ministries is seeking a team oriented, mature follower of Christ with Human Resources and proven administrative support experience to join its headquarters staff in Shoreline WA. This role will provide support to World Concern’s Ethics, Accountability and International HR Department in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, visas, salary surveys, HR policies and procedures.  If you are optimistic, detail oriented and like to problem solve then consider partnering with us to transform the lives of poor and marginalized people across the globe.



1. Christian Commitment: A deep and abiding faith in Jesus Christ; lifestyle that is consistent with biblical principles, and a demonstrated commitment to spiritual growth and development.

2. Education: Associate degree or certificate in human resources from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.

Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

3. Experience: 2 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.

5. Software and Equipment Used:

Talent Management System (TMS) administration experience.

Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate level functionality.

Must be able to quickly learn World Concern’s administrative processes for recruitment/hiring, World Concern’s ministries/departments, staff positions and functions, as well as corporate personnel policies and procedures.

6. Other Considerations:

Must provide a professional and welcoming experience for all new hires as well as to customers visiting the International HR department.

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Highly organized and effective at prioritizing and multi-tasking.

Must be able to work well under short deadlines and remain thorough and accurate showing concern for all areas involved no matter how small.

Must be flexible and have the ability to problem solve.
