Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Assessment Center Support Staff is responsible for providing direct care services to the residents of the Redeemed Ministries Assessment Center. Full-Time Residential Staff will work as part of a team or independently to provide services to trafficking survivors through case-management and mentorship.



  • Conduct thorough intake interview of potential clients.

  • Enforce community living guidelines with residents.

  • Ensure that standards for household cleanliness are maintained at all times and that

    all repair needs are identified and reported to Assessment Center Director (ACD).

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing food, donations and supplies for Assessment


  • Assist clients with self-administration of medication as specified by Assessment

    Center policies and protocols.

  • Provide safe transportation to clients of Assessment Center as needed. Monitor

    agency’s vehicles and report any unsafe items to supervisor.

  • Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation including but not

    limited to: Daily Notes, Assessment/Intake Reports, Incident Reports, and

    Medication Administration Records according to agency policy

  • Communicate regularly with ACD and other team members to assist in meeting

    resident needs.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and staff.

  • Address client concerns in a timely manner to resolve issues in the best interest of

    resident while adhering to Assessment Center procedures.

  • Conduct physical searches of clients according to agency policy.

  • Conduct case management meetings several times a week.

  • Refer clients for services needed.

  • Serve as a liaison between community resources and resident clients.

  • Assist clients in developing and implementing short and long term goals.

  • Observe confidentiality requirements concerning the affairs of the individual and

    the agency.

  • Report to work regularly and perform assigned duties. Inform ACD of all absences

    or deviations from regular schedule in a timely manner.

  • Practice and uphold the mission and vision of the agency.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.



  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Physically capable of restraining client

  • Appropriate work and/or life experience

  • Ability to adapt to the changing need of clients

  • Proficient computer and general office skills

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

  • Must possess a personal, insured vehicle with valid driver’s license

  • Must maintain a professional demeanor in high stress situations

  • Ability to work with diverse personalities, races, and backgrounds

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff members to

    ensure that resident needs are meet
