Pioneers is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with extensive experience in information technology to serve as its Business Analyst. This role is responsible for translating production process requirements into specifications for technology
products and services, then managing the delivery of products and solutions.
The qualified candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to Pioneers’ core values and mission. He/she will have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail; technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft
Visio, and Microsoft Project; and high proficiency in analyzing business operations, translating these into requirements for improvement and developing detailed technical specifications. He/she will have a professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills;
a flexible working attitude and a team player spirit; excellent written and oral communication skills; be self-motivated with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision; and have the ability to locate in the Orlando area and work from
the PI US Mob Base headquarters, and to travel internationally as needed. Based in the Pioneers headquarters in southeast Orlando near the international airport, this is a full-time position with benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience and role, and
is partially support-raised, requiring the approved candidate to develop a donor base of individuals and churches.
