Title: Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Location: Richmond, VA or Remote from Home Office in U.S.

As the Search Engine Marketing Specialist, you’ll have endless opportunities to grow and optimize our already-large paid search campaigns as well as help to identify new initiatives to bring our business to the next level. You will work across a variety of digital channels, but your bread and butter will be paid search and display. As we become more active in other channels, you will have the ability to expand your skillset and work with additional internal and external partners to bring our brands to life. You will work closely with SEO, Creative, Technology and the rest of the Marketing team to hit aggressive goals and leave your legacy on the organization for years to come.


Role Responsibilities:

-Developing, implementing, managing and optimizing Paid Search and Display campaigns for Google & Bing

-Launching new products/campaigns as well as executing time-sensitive promotions/content

-Executing tests (ad copy, landing page, etc) and strategic plans end-to-end

-Reporting, analyzing, and providing actionable insights for internal teams

-Partnering with internal teams to ensure consistent marketing and maximizing business opportunities across channels

-ID/apply best practices and monitor changes in the digital space to identify new opportunities

Skills & Qualifications Required:


-Minimum 2 years experience managing large scale accounts in Google AdWords (Bing AdCenter is also preferred)

-End-to-end campaign management (planning, launch, ad testing, experience with 3rd party bid management tools).  Direct PPC experience.

-History of exceeding monthly KPI goals (eg. CPA, conversions, spend, etc.)

-Managing major budget with aggressive revenue growth targets

-Budget allocation and prioritization among business lines

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment

-Superior communication skills (to express your passion/enthusiasm and otherwise share knowledge)


Proficiency with:

-Web Analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics)

-MS Office (Excel)
