Get involved in the exciting career of radio! Salem Media Group of Greenville is looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented person who will be co-responsible for creating continuity in the flow of work between sales and production for a News Talk radio
Duties include but are not limited to: Enter new contracts, contract revisions and co-op into the Traffic system. Maintains and updates client filing system. Completes all required continuity components. Submits production, programming, and web order forms
to appropriate departments. Tracks the status of all submitted forms. Communicates any form/order revisions to appropriate departments. Troubleshoots problems for sales staff. Schedules all national network spots weekly and completes weekly affidavits. Assembles,
edits, and prints the logs for the following day to be placed in studios upon completion. Electronically reconcile logs daily. Phone duties required once a week.
Must have 3-5 years of radio experience. This position require excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in both Word and Excel. You must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good problem-solving skills,
meet strict deadlines and must be able to handle interruptions. Our traffic system is Wide Orbit. Knowledge of this system is a major plus.
