CRISTA Senior Living, a ministry of CRISTA has been a senior care provider for over 60 years. Crista Shores is an upscale retirement community located on the shores of Dyes Inlet in Silverdale Washington.
We are seeking a Sous Chef for a leadership position to join our team. The Sous Chef will work with the Executive Chef managing and mentoring the kitchen staff. Our kitchen is creative, innovative and committed to re-defining food service in senior living.
We offer restaurant style fine dining surpassing the expectations of our customers. Our ingredients are fresh and natural, we strive to serve local farm to table foods. We do a la carte cooking from scratch. We do not use processed pre-packaged foods or
pre-determined corporate cycle menus. Our menu is seasonal and developed by our own staff personalized to our customer’s preferences and satisfaction.
The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for a team member with prior experience, preferable at least 4 years in hotel, restaurant, or senior living fine dining with an emphasis on cooking from scratch and multi-cultural cuisine. Associates degree in culinary arts or other formal
culinary education and/or advanced training preferred.
