Culver City Christian School is a private non-denominational Christian school serving 150 students, preschool through fifth grade. It is our mission to provide
“Christian Education with Academic Excellence”, by guiding each child to grow as Jesus did: in wisdom (intellectually), in stature (physically), in favor with God (spiritually), and in favor with men (socially). The Administrator
serves as the instructional leader of the school and is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the school. Responsibilities include scheduling, curriculum development and oversight, extracurricular activities, personnel management, facility
operations, emergency procedures and finances. As leader, the Administrator sets the tone for the school by positively communicating the gospel of Christ to others through word and deed.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s recommended) in Education, School Administration or a related field. Strong candidates will also have a minimum of five years of experience in school leadership (e.g.
Principal, Superintendent or Head of School) and five years of teaching experience. The candidate must be in agreement with the school’s statement of faith and be convinced of the importance of regular prayer and daily time in the Word of God.
Above all else, the successful candidate will model and maintain an intimate relationship with Jesus, possess an integrity that is beyond reproach, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and be a person who earns and gives respect.
This is a full-time, twelve month position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
