Reports To:         Heather Wendt

Purpose:              To support Active Release Techniques initiatives with WOWING customer service, effective utilization of time and resources to ensure efficient data processing as well as a collaborative mindset that allows active contribution to the continued growth of the company.

Directly Responsible For:

Measured By:

Answering phones

  • Positive customer satisfaction surveys
  • Limited number of calls going to voice mail or disconnecting
  • Complete notes relating to each interaction
  • Orders processed efficiently
  • Seminar communication sent to providers

Answering Info emails

  • Daily completion of incoming contacts
  • Complete notes relating to each interaction

Respond to 888 number voice mail

  • Daily completion of voice mail requests
  • Complete notes relating to each interaction

Seminar paperwork processing

  • 2-3 seminars processed per week (dependent on seminar numbers)
  • Complete notes relating to each interaction

Seminar support

  • Efficient preparation for course
  • Efficient clean up after course
  • Effective management of course needs
