Executive Director / Administrator
Christian Care Center of Johnson City is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Nursing Home Executive Director / Administrator to lead, direct and be a part of the team that delivers high quality care and who can successfully operate the facility in accordance
with Residents' needs, federal, state and local regulations and facility policies.
Successful candidates must possess Tennessee state license and a minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Administrator for skilled long term care. Outstanding leadership ability, excellent customer service skills, a strong financial background to include budget
compliance and collections, as well as marketing and quality improvement skills, Medicare reimbursement, PPS, and regulatory issues is required.
