Job Description:

HR Administrator

Create/Manage UltiPro alerts to streamline processes

Report writing

Corporate Reporting - Min Wage, etc.

EEO 1 Report Writing

Respond to Auditor information requests (pull reports, pull back up documentation)

Employment Agreement Tracking

Provide weekly census data to wellness vendor

Maintain Employee of the Quarter Plaque and Awards - Quarterly

Create service awards - Monthly



Answer all incoming telephone calls to the main switchboard.

Check general mailbox, forward to appropriate person

Meet and greet all visitors, including assigning and retrieving badges as appropriate

Process all incoming and outgoing mail

Receive all shipments, log, and notify appropriate departments

Order, update, refill postage machine supplies and funds

Order priority mail and fedex supplies as needed


Oversee Companywide Quarterly Newsletter

Proactively acquire stories for quarterly newsletter

Set up and prepare newsletter for approval/print



Ethics  training and AB1825 Compliance


Desired Job Experience


Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of HRIS systems and/or report writing a plus.

High level of analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines.


Desired Education or Degree: High School Diploma a must; College Degree preferred.
