Job Description:

AP Clerk/Financial Analyst —Finance Department

Full-Time—Analyst

 

Summary:

Performs accounts payable functions for Alpha USA and provide administrative support to the Finance Department.

 

Reports to:  Senior Finance Manager                                    Supervises: N/A

 

Primary Objectives of the Role:

  1. Ensure Expense reimbursements compliance.
  2. Payroll reconciliation
  3. Regional financial reporting as requested

 

Essential Responsibilities and Functions:

  • CST Budget vs. Actual reports preparation.
  • Monthly Regional/Specialties Cash Flow report completion.
  • Enter Expense Reimbursements, American Express reports and bills in QB.
  • Reconcile ADP payroll reports.
  • Enter Payroll JE’s in QB.
  • Other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience in administrative assistant work.
  • Computer Skills including MS Office, QuickBooks Accounting Software
  • Flexible, team-player who can work in an efficient, small office environment.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
  • Ability to set priorities and be flexible and creative in a changing environment - work with diverse team members and co-workers with a genuine commitment to customer service
