Job Description:



We are currently seeking an organized, professional and enthusiastic Part-Time afternoon Receptionist to support our KPRZ/KCBQ radio staff.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department.
  • Filing and Mailing
  • Maintain Office/Break Room supplies
  • Assist the Sales Team and Promotions with special projects, or as needed
  • Assist Business Manager with some administrative duties



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a  receptionist and/or office role (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic Adobe Photoshop skills
  • Flexible, team-minded individual with  strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills
