FireSeeds is a recruiting company based in Birmingham, AL. Our client (Vapor International) is in need of a Manager of Marketing. Vapor aims to establish sustainable centers for alleviating poverty and multiplying disciples in third-world environments.

The Manager of Marketing will:
- Build brand equity and grow contributions base in fully aligned pursuit of Vapor's mission
- Developing and executing focused, on-point marketing strategies for the purpose of driving contributions support
- Lead Vapor's marketing team - includes three ministry volunteers (Communications Associate, Hasmin's Friends Coordinator, and Donor Relations Manager) and one full-time team member (Trips and Events Coordinator) in the following activities: regularly communicating
in a clear and compelling way with a wide range of donor types, facilitating public and private trips to centers, designing and deploying promotional material, pursuing and capturing PR opportunities, and serving the rest of the entity with marketing services
Annual Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.

Vacation: The position includes 15 PTO days in the first calendar year of employment (this is prorated for mid-year employment). Team members have the discretion on how they use these days. Flex time is available for time away from work to tend to appointments,
meetings, events, etc.
