The primary responsibility for this position is to answer the phone calls that come into the ministry and direct them to the appropriate department while providing great customer care to our donors. This position is the hub of the ministry, supporting and
assisting the Executive Director and the Director of Finance, as well as other departments with various administrative duties.
-High School graduate with previous experience in administrative support
-A pleasant telephone voice and strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to be flexible and prioritize when faced with various simultaneous deadlines
-Strong computer skills, such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Database experience is helpful
